E.R. Precision Ltd. was established in 1998 with the goal of providing design and manufacturing services to industry.

With over 20 years experience in the design , building and servicing of a wide variety of automated equipment, it is possible to understand and evaluate the requirements of our customers and implement the best solutions. We strive to understand the special requirements of our customers and ensure we meet all of their concerns.
With an extensive background in both conventional and CNC machining, it is possible to manufacture components in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Our knowledge of machining a wide variety of materials allows for extremely versatile solutions to all automation applications.
SCOPE OF WORK
From single prototype pieces to small runs of production parts, the right equipment and tooling is used to maintain high part accuracy with cost effective manufacturing.
CUSTOM MACHINING
E.R. Precision Ltd. is a small, specialty machine shop focusing on custom machining of a wide variety of parts using many material types. We can work from drawings , CAD files or from samples. If required we can create CAD models based on the part requirements.
MATERIALS
Machining from a wide variety of metals and plastics including:
Stainless Steel , Toolsteel, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Aluminum , machinable ceramics, Acetal, PEEK™, Ultem, Polycarbonate, Teflon, Phenolic, PVC, Ertalyte, Vesconite and many others.
